Complaint Details
I got a call from a sales executive of Apollo Value Club informing about some tour packages. I had taken a membership of your company in the month of March 2014 and my reference no. is FR126A29 RG109J06 (Coupon No 38 –Domestic pk, Coupon No 19 –International pk) . However, I had planned for a tour to Shimla and Manali from 3rd May 2014 to 7th May 2014(5 nights and 6 days) which I informed the executive who agreed the proposed plan and informed me that he will arrange for the hotel bookings. Hence after confirmation of my planned tour I made payment of Rs 20000/- towards Apollo Value Club.

However after making the payment, I have not received any travel package details or not even an acknowledgement for the payment done for the package. After waiting for long time and repeated follow ups, on escalating the issue with Apollo Value Club executives, one of their employees from booking department contacted me and informed that it is not possible to book hotels in Shimla in the month of May. This is really unacceptable as I have already booked my railway tickets two months in advance for Shimla /Manali.
I am really shocked and feel totally helpless and cheated. I would like to mention that there are several such people like me who have become victims to fraudulent business practices. The Apollo Value Club had given wrong and false promises to practice their corrupt intentions. This is a huge amount for me and I can’t afford to lose it at any cost.
