My Samsung brand air conditioner which is still under warranty has stopped working. It has been over 20 days since I registered a complaint with Samsung (Ref. No. called the service number that was on my invoice and registered my complaint. (reference number 8489318820) but till date no action has been taken. I own a small coffee shop where this said AC is installed and as such it is having an adverse impact on my business with summer at its peak. Please accept my complaint against Samsung and take swift action.
