Complaint Details
Sir, My number has been overcharged a sum of Rs.7407, during the month of January 2014 billing, on Account of Internet Access through VAP. I have pleaded with the company that I do not have VAP settings & do not use VAP for Internet Access have fallen into deaf years, they insist me paying the said amount. They are not providing me with satisfactory evidence for the charges.
