Dear Sir,

I purchased an Air Cooler(Model DC 2015 ICON) from MG Electronics Baguiati,Kolkata(Receipt No. 134)dated 28/04/2014. The

machine was working fine for 16 days,after it was completely stopped. I called up for Customer Service and got complaint

Number 4706204.After 4 days a Service Provider from Kolkata((Pal Brothers,10, Dum Dum Road)) called and came but told me

the Part is not available for the moment so I have to wait but how many days he could not say,from then I am waiting,10

days passed.I am frustrated now and called those customer service official again and again but they are still on hold.

Just let me know why do we need Cooler if the Summer passes ?

I am attaching herewith some of my purchasing documents which led me still in the dark.
