Complaint Details
I have purchased a Samsung Top Load Washing Machine (WA70H4000HP/TL) ON 29/05/2014 from FAIR DEAL, 69,
D.H.ROAD, NEAR TARATALA BRIDGE, KOLKATA - 700038 (VAT NO-19620356065). After the machine was delivered on
29/05/14, the SAMSUNG technician who came for installation and demo on 29/05/14 itself found that the machine is defective and not
getting turned ON. I have called the dealer FAIR DEAL and made them speak to the samsung technician and asked them to replace the
product as the product was not even a day old and the dealer has deliverd a defective product. But the dealer didn't entertain my request.
Now whenever I am calling the dealer, they are ignoring me and not picking up the call. I have even approached the Samsung India Customer
Care (180030008282), but they are too reluctant to help me and asking me to approach the dealer regarding this issue. I have spent my hard
earned money (Rs 23000) for this product and it is defective right from the first day of delivery. I want justice regarding this issue.
Kindly take necessary action against the SAMSUNG dealer FAIR DEAL and help me get my new defective washing machine replaced.
