I am from Kanpur (U.P.) .I bought the Simmtronics Tablet Xpad mini from Times Internet Ltd ,New Delhi with bill no 11888774 dated 05/02/2014. On dated 26/03/2014 the Tablet is suddenly hang down .After restart the tablet not starting except showing the logo "xpad". I Contacted the service center several times in my city "S.S.Services " the person who attended me told that contact us for service after one month we can not take your tab now. I dialed toll free number 1800-102-6677 but the message i heard always "this tele phone number does not exist " i also dialled the number of head office Delhi , but no response from there.Again i went to service center and now they told we left the service center of simmtronics,contact the company.after over two months there are no solution for my problem. What should i do ,Plz help me to resolve this . Thank you
