Dear Sir/Madam,
Bought a pair of shoes from Woodlands Store on 08/04/2014 for Rs. 3495. The shoes seemed fine at the store(probably because of the lighting conditions), but when worn outside, each shoe was of
1. different colour
2. The lace were of different pattern
This was reported to the store on 11/04/2014. The store personnel tried to fix this difference in colour by cleaning the shoes. This resulted in dark patches everywhere.
After repeated visits to the store, a complaint was taken on 04/05/2014 (Customer care complaint no - CCF 03). The shoes are now in the care of the store. The store personnel promised to redress this within a week.
After waiting for nearly 2 weeks, I had called them to inquire about the status of the complaint on 16/05/2014. It seems that they had not followed it up properly still and promised to call me as soon as it is resolved.
Later, I made a visit to the store 2 days ago (29/05/2014) to make a purchase with a friend. Upon inquiry, they still have no information about this complaint.
It has been nearly 2 months since I had purchased these shoes and nearly 1 month since taking an official complaint, yet there has been no proper service in my case.
Kindly do the needful to bring about an amicable solution.
