I sent email for disconnection of my Vodafone Mobile Number 9873334603 on 19 Nov 2012 to the email-id told by Vodafone customer care team on phone i.e. vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com
But they did not disconnect my connection and sent me bill of Rs 548 on 15 Dec 2012, and then even after repeated emails again for disconnection sent me bill of Rs 1181.40 on 15 Jan 2013.
Now Vodafone Customer is saying that I should have
sent email to vodafonecare.del@vodafone.com as mine is a Delhi Circle number but originally the customer
care told to email to vodafonecare.mum@vodafone.com which I did on 19th Nov 2012.
I kindly request to please register my complaint against Vodafone Mobile Services Limited and please take appropriate action.
