Complaint Details
I'm using Vodafone from the past two years I have never had any problems so far accept in the month of April I had got a call from Vodafone telecaller stating that they are happy with my regular and timely bill payments so they are giving me free 3 g facility I asked him twice are u sure its free he said yes after his confirmation I said to activate the facility.When I got my bill next month I saw that I have been charged RS 450 extra for 3 g services. I complained in the gallery, on the phone also but they refuse to accept that the service is free. They say that charges are applicable.
