Complaint Details
This is to complaint about your HDFC credit card recovery agency based out in Delhi. I am Anjali Chauhan from Delhi and holding an HDFC Titanium credit card (52**************31) Savings accounts as well 0088************47 + car loan
I am continuously receiving highly insensible /threatening calls from 01166219091, 01166219001, 01166219031, and 01166574800 addressing themselves as HDFC employee stating that my credit card’s payment is overdue. I agreed and said that I am aware about the same so I shall be paying the minimum or full amount within a day or so or might today .Instead of listening to me the lady (anonymous) started shouting and threatening me that she would be calling on my parent’s mobile number. Hereafter she called upon my office numbers several times with an obnoxious approach. In spite of having a word with her still she kept on calling on my number and started abusing over the phone by addressing me poor or I don’t deserve to have an account with HDFC and since I have not paid the minimum amount .I should sell my personal property or else should beg to pay the outstanding.
I am really surprised to receive such calls from a renowned bank and where I started my first salary account and still continuing the same. My company is a prominent organisation and uses the HDFC bank as a prime company account but must say that if hdfc treats their customers in such an immoral way ,will request my company to not to continue with the Bank ever.
Pl be noted there are various complaints against the same numbers as aforementioned by me wherein people are being threatened in a same way. I need the action to be taken as early as HDFC could.
A thoughtless lady from HDFC bank has tried to ruin my reputation in office despite being aware of the fact that she herself is a woman and also she belongs to the service Industry. A never forgiven behavior towards the customers should highly be punishable.
I would like to go legal if no action would be taken against my complaint .HDFC has no right to harass me and my family any ways. I would definitely get down to the roots and would have a catchold of that ashamed lady .She must apologize for her insensible behavior over the phone.
I like to request HDFC Grievance Cell to look into the matter ASAP.
