booked a cottage for the 11th -13th may.arrived there at 5pm and was allocated a cottage as part of a family grp.rs 40,000/ had bn paid in advance.that night was alarmed to notice a rat on the ceiling of the cottage so called the attendant there and told hm.he sd that there had bn similar complaints from customers earlier.called the manager mr dhiraj and spoke to him.he offered another cottage bt cdnt ensure that no rats and told me that 'this happens'. told hm that my fly was in no way going to stay the night in the fear that a rat might drop from the ceiling.told hm i was moving out to another hotel so went thru the turmoil of finding another one and traverlling with a lady late at night to the new hotel.retnd to mumbai and askd for a refund of the remaining 2 days tariff bt mr dhiraj kept delaying and askg for a few more days.called him up on fri 30th may and he sd he was only ready to refund rs 3500/ (ie one days tariff).told hm i wasnt interested in that and wanted what was due to me (ie rs 7200/)he sd he wd send the money to my brothers union bk acc bt i told hm unless he was going to refund the entire rs 7200/ i wasnt interested.pl do the needful and see if the issue can b resolved.
