Fraudulent Transaction By The New India Assurance Co Ltd by Cancellation of Car Insurance Policy No.31260031120100418402.through Magic Auto Pvt. Ltd.

As informed by The New India Assurance Co Ltd/ Magic Auto Pvt Ltd, this is regarding cancellation of car insurance policy no.31260031120100418402 due to premium cheque has been unpaid by the Bank as mentioned in the attached letter which I have received tomorrow i.e. 25.12.2012 and cancelled the same.

As I have already told you that a cheque no. 925247 of Rs.4306/- has been issued from Oriental Bank of Commerce on dated 20.10.2012 (cheque receipt attached) which is deposited and paid to you on dated 30.10.2012 as shown in the attached bank statement.

Now they are demand again more money to issuing such policy, and don't want to reply my mail/complaint.

I am surprised that how the company can say that policy has been cancelled and we are not on risk for the vehicle No. DL-2CP-1066.

Please do the needfull action the such person or authority / company under advice to me.
