Trouble Ticket Number CNM10001295552 registered on 30/05/2014. yesterday again registered complaint with appellate authority 220953449.
I had been facing frequent disconnection problem with reliance broadband since three month. No matter how may times i complaint they just close my complaint without intimating me. Also they are providing waiver for disputed period.
My broadband line went down on 30th May 2014. Whenever i call customer care they are not giving proper response. They just repeat "Sorry for the inconvenience caused & our technicians are working to resolve the issue" however they have not resolved the problem yet.
