Dear Sir,
I had booked tickets through online from SETC website, Journey date was 9/dec/2012, and it was from ooty to bangalore.
Unfortunately because of strike servic was called off by TNSTC (SETC).
When contacted them for refund,they told to send a hard copy of eticket along with refund claim letter, and refund process will take 2 weeks.
I have sent the hard copy of eticket and refund letter through register post.
Yet, there is no refund, and moreever, there is no repsonse to mails sent to them.
I request to kindly help me in getting my refund amount.
Also, i am attaching a copy of ticket for your persual.
