Dear Sir,
I am having whirlpool photon fridge which i had purchsed on 24/3/11. the fridge was not making ice on 15/08/11 i register the compalin on 16/8/11 complain no:AH0614001805 engg had told and said there is gas problem in fridge he had to fill gas,he had taken Rs.1500/- for gas filling and Rs.450 visit charge. after few days the same problem came and i had reg complain on 24/9/13 complain no. AH0913012776 engg visited and said there is Gas problem and was demanded Rs.1500 which i had strongly opposed there after he agreed and not take any charged and filled the Gas. After few days same problem asise i had reg complain on 14/11/13 and there after engg visited and he said there is Gas problem he demanded Rs.1500 whcih i once again opposed and then he agreed and filled the Gas. The Same Problem arsis today i.e.04/06/14 complain no: AH0614001805 company is again demanding Rs.450 visiting charge and Gas Filling money. For same problem in last 10 months 4 complain the same is not been resolved by the engg in proper way why as a customer i should suffer.
my problem should be resolved properly without taking any charges.
Request to help me in above case at the earliest.
