Hi,

I am user of Beam telecom for more than 2 years now. When I subscribed with beam, I also wanted wifi in my house and I bought their wireless router when they said it has a lifetime replacement warranty.

I'm currently facing an issue with my router and when I ask them to replace it, I get a response saying that they have never promised any lifetime warranty. I'm sure many of the clients were told the same. It is not the matter of money but it is the false promises that they gave that is bothering me.
