Complaint Details
I have engaged Sea Air Cargo & Logistics for shifting of my household items from Mohali to Hyderabad. The household items were being packed and loaded on May 02, 2014 at Mohali. Excluding the LCD Television (Sony Bravia) remaining items were delivered on May 10, 2014.
When I asked for the LCDTV, they are not replying properly. They claim the LCD is available with them and is in transit. They always say that they have dispatched the TV and in transit, will reach you in couple of days. I have been hearing this story from the part 20 days.
Television being the basic necessity of the household, it is really stressful to live without TV these days.
The manager Mr. Sunil bearing the mobile no +91-9357715571 is not picking the call from my number. Don’t know whether I will get my LCD back or not.
