No body from MICROMAXX office heeds to my complaint that it is very not normal for the Servie to take more than 25-20 Dyas.
Its is no use of buying the phone if the service it self is so poor.
What if the phone is not serviced itself in appropriate timeline and again gives problem. That is why I am concerned why not improvise the service centre itself.
Its easy to sell, but serviciving is one of the most important task. Please expedite my request below at earlieast.

PHONE BOUGHT MODEL A068 APRIL16TH 2014. PHONE SCREEN PROBLEMS STARTED 6TH MAY 2014. GIVEN FOR SERVICE ON 9TH MAY 2014. . SINCE ONE MONTH THE SERVICE STAFF LADIES ARE REPORTING THAT THE PHONE PARTS ARE NOT ARRIVING IN MUMBAI FROM DELHI. AND THEY ARE POSTPONING THE SERVICE EVERYTIME BY WEEK.
