Complaint Details
I purchased a laptop from snapdeal.com on 30th May 2014, but I received a faulty one. The screen had a horizontal line clearly showing that the display of the laptop was faulty. Even after repeated mails and calls I havent received any reply from snapdeal. My complaint number for the same is 6989485 and my registered mobile number is 7838115552. The SLA snapdeal has is 48 hours and it has expired. Please help me. Attaching my emails sent to snapdeal.com.
