Complaint Details
I placed the order for spectacles on 29th May 2014 (Order ID 1201317272). It is power spectacles. Next day I gave prescription for the spectacles. That day I got a message “Your order will deliver within 3-4 days”. Then I was waiting for this order. I waited up to 03rd June 2014. Then I contacted thru Chat and Call on the same day. They said “We will dispatch within 2days”. Since I’m getting your order is processing. Then I got a disappointment on this service. I’m software developer more than 10 to 12 hours daily I spend on this activity. Past ten days I got a problems pain in my eyes, eyes colored to change as red. I can’t see and view properly. And finally I’m getting a mentally destruction and tension for poor and bad services. They are wasted my time and energy also too. Then I request cancel that order after 7days. I request to take some action against this kind of activities.
