Complaint Details
We have purchased the wall papers from Marshalls Wallcoverings for more than Rs 2 lacs. But company has supplied wall papers, where the actual product is different & poor quality than the sample shown in the showroom. One can see in the attached photo, a clear patch which look like washed out during printing or production. Now company is reluctant to change the product and tells us live with the same. Also part of the installation is incomplete and the company is not responding the mails & phone calls.
