Complaint Details
I have placed a prepaid order for two products which were depicted "in stock" on 25 May 14 for Rs 1354/-. Order No is 20140521241080. The company is not fulfilling the order by stating that the items are not available/expired or damaged or delay in consignment.
The company should be penalised for cheating with customers for taking order and collecting payment without having the items in stock/having inability to fulfill a prepaid order.
