Hi,
I hv purchased one pullover for my friend b4 one month now the pullover is badly piled up I went to ur GIP store yesterday I show them that the pullover is piling up badly but the way they replied was very unprofessional i.e. Mr. it’s already written in ur bill that there is no guarantee for pilling we will not replace this….I was completely shocked what a good behavior ur people are having with your loyal customers….i request you to please look into the matter and provide a replacement of that pullover which got badly piled up in just 20-30 days.
