Dear Sir, I am complaining against the MERC who has failed to take any steps to reign in the BEST undertaking for charging its consumers with extremely high power tariff rates. MERC has refused to give permission to TATA power to allow BEST consumers to switch over their electricity provider. This is a case of unilateral, arbitrary and monopolistic behaviour.
