I had submitted the request on phone to Reliance customer care on 21st Nov, 2012 to discontinue my datacard (No. 9373613306). My call was attended by Mr Rajesh Interaction ID: 3030801127 and my request ID is 192082625. I received the message on same day on my registered mobile 9822378950 stating request will be resolved in 15 days although Mr Rajesh informed me that it actually happens in 7 days. I had paid the due amount that Mr Rajesh told me on phone. In spite of that Pune Reliance office (9325057052) is harassing me for some due payments and today had send me a message to appear in Pune court on 3rd March. I didn't receive court summon so far. I don't understand how could any staff of Reliance take liberty to send a summon on behalf of court. This is to bring to you that Reliance Communications is not disconnecting the number immediately on customer's request. Instead, the staff members having access to the database are holding the numbers from suspending and demanding the additional charges from the customers. Reliance is advertising for 3G and surprising are not able to discontinue the services with immediate effect. The reason stated is the system. I can transfer my funds immediately in bank accounts so why Reliance is not able to discontinue the services with immediate effect. Reliance staff is playing tricks and harassing the customers for undue payments. I had worked in abroad and had got my telecom services disconnected immediately although I was a foreigner there. I kindly request to instruct Reliance to discontinue services with immediate effect and demand a legal action on
staff responsible for harassing
me for undue payment.
