RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,

I HAVE PURCHASED MY Micromax A116 dated 10/10/2013. But phone was creating problems from in the m/o march 2014 it self. Problems are as follows
1.Touch is not working
2.Battery not charging properly
3.WiFi not working
All above problems conveyed to the company authorized dealer m/s vasu micromax service center bilaspur chhattisgarh, but problems remains same. Ultimately dealer was sent that phone to the company after receiving the phone no improvement where observed still touch is not working at this movement, please guidely what to do?
