I booked Helicopter tickets for Vaishnodevi temple from http://www.travelvacanza.com/. During my visit to the Vaishnodevi temple, ticket got cancelled and Helicopter authority has given me a refund receipt. Since, ticket is booked through http://www.travelvacanza.com/, I provided them refund receipt so that they can get the refund and then I can get through http://www.travelvacanza.com/.

I am raising this complaint so that those read this text can avoid booking through http://www.travelvacanza.com/. They are fraud people, We don’t know where is the office in Delhi, They perform all Online transactions only. Try clicking the links of Facebook, Twitter at the bottom of their website, even they did not work.

Be aware of http://www.travelvacanza.com/ and booking any tickets or package through them. They are fraud people and once you pay, they will not respond to you on phone, email etc.

I still have copy of refund receipt with me and details of transaction with them
