Complaint Details
I have been booked a flat at Samiah Builder project Gulmohar Estate-II,in Lake City at Rudrapur,Uttrakhand
by given booking amount of Rs.25000/- in Sep'2011. They agreed to give the possession in 2012 if we make the full payment thru installment in that year and we have made the payment of Rs.460000/- out of total cost of flats Rs.480000/- and balance amount of 5% to be paid on give the possession but now till date they have not given the flats even after many visits to their office and site.
