Complaint Details
I had lodged complaint no. 10354079 with the company for my faulty IFB washing machine(Elena model)on 07-01-2013 but the same is yet to be attended till date(22-01-13) despite telephonic reminders on 10-01, 13-01, 15-01, 17-01-2013. I have even talked to the senior call centre executives Sh. Nirmal Kumar and Sh. Antony and they always promise immediate action but nothing happens. I have even complained twice on the company website after I have twice received calls by Sr. managers assuring quick action but nothing has been done to repair or even attend my place till date. I have have even talked to the service centre owner Sh. Sunil Kathuria on cell no. 9899781130 but refused to attend my complaint even when I gave him the complaint number. PLEASE GET MY COMPLAINT ATTENDED & ASK THE COMPANY TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE FINANCIAL LOSS/ TENSION CAUSED TO ME. PLEASE TAKE THE STRICTEST ACTION. THANKS.
