Complaint Details
I had payed for Aakash tablet (booking ID# "PM69164") on May 2012, payment sent them Check 2999/-.

I cancelled order in May 18, 2012 & asked to not encash check, but Datawind encashed it on June 5th 2012.

So I asked for refund, Instead of refunding to my HSBC a/c Datawind tried wire transfer of 2999/- from my a/c to a different A/C , on 13 August 2012,Transaction Reference Number: : HSBCN12226564648.

Despite request over emails or phone, there is No refund yet & Datawind does not reply to email or phone to customer support #.

KINDLY HELP ME GET THE REFUND OF Rs 2999/- with standard interest (18%) on it after the data DataWind tried to transfer the amount to my a/c.
