Complaint Details
I had subscribed to tikona services on 28/6/2011. Paid Rs.1433/- as activation charges which also include data plan for first month. After which i received the first bill on 19/9/2011. This is when the company didnt even install the modem and router I had asked for. The company didnt send anyone to install the same.

I would like to cancel my Tikona Broadband services due to the following reasons:

1. Its been over 2 months since I paid and asked for an installation of wifi services. However, till date wifi hasn't been installed.
2. After repeated follow ups with your office in Baroda, I never got a positive response.
3. Tejas Patel ( marketing executive) and his Boss (Nishil) didnt even come to meet me once, after I requested them to every single day for 2 months.

I am fed up with the services. I wont be paying and outstanding dues or anything as I haven't used your service for more than 30 mins in 2 Months. I also request a full refund or else I would have to take this matter to consumer courts.

Today their Lawyer Ms. namita verma from teeshazari court from Delhi calls up and says they have filed a case against me if I dont pay 2114/- till 5pm. being a small time businessman i did make the payment. But i feel i have been cheated of the money.
Also, if you see my usage during the period was 0 Mb as the modem wasnt installed.

Request you to kindly help me to fight this with the organization.
