Complaint Details
We have purchased TheSmartShop E-ticketing software from the company. They provide us a Software and Terminal ID (INIDRO3000010Y). If we want to book any ticket than before it we have to deposit money in company's account than they credit that amount in our software to book ticket. One Day I've deposited Rs.16,000 cash in company's account(Axis Bank - A/c 424010200019017) as on 17-January-2012 and then requested to credit that amount in my software terminal. But amount not credited, I have contact with customer care via Phone and Email but they always gave the same reply "We are working on it" I have sent mails so many times but there was no-reply and after 1 Year I'm feeling cheated.
I'm attaching receipt of Axis Bank.
