i had complained for a faulty water purifier to the company many times and even written in service book of company service person. the problem was not solved. then i had followed all their redressal mechanism but the problem was not rectified. the service person are telling illogical explanations and not ready to give in writing what they say. they are just fooling me. till the writing of this complaint, the problem remains unsolved. please intervene to solve the grievance. thank you
