First this this is unexpected to me and surprising because i have never used such amount of usage .
Second concern ,
I experienced connection problem in month of may , June and July very badly because i shifted to new location to 20th may . i raise a ticket on 24 June to troubleshoot my problem .
No one provide me correct reason for speed problem rather than selling me speed boost up plan . finally i decided to close the connection on 2nd of July .
connection was closed on 18th July .
Before closing the coconnection i talked to customer care executive and i asked my consolidated bill . they told me some around 2100 ( including April,may and June bill) i which April month bill 667 i have already paid .
but after closing the connection i got one month(only for June ) bill of rs 3,305.11.
I never got intimation on mail or mobile that i am exceeding the 80% of month usage ( which 4 gb).
I never got intimation of mail of mobile that i exceeding the limit of 4 gb or even to my maximum usage of rs 2500 which credit limit .
If this kind of business ethics is there then i will say always good bye to docomo .
because i have purchased such a waste data card which cost me 2500 and who will compensate for that .
I think your service was not excellent but was up to mark . now you have decrease your service standard and started selling the speed boost up plans .that will not help you in future .
