Complaint Details
GPS Installed but service deactivated even after Recieving the charges.The company enjoys monopoly after installation and
issued an Invoice on wrong name.when asked to correct the Name they refused.
The company installed the GPS in my car No- DL 9C E 1718 for GPS tracking but in spite of the
assurances from the company the service was really poor The company employees MR subhash aggarwal was rude .we were insisted to transfer the money to there account.but even after transfering the amount the service was disconnected due to non payment.They sent us an Invoice on wrong Name Infinity Mediquipment India in plcae of Infinity Mediquip India.
They were neither ready to correct the Invoice nor ready for waiting.
Because the comp[any enjoyed monopoly after installation of device worth Rs 6500 we went to bank and transferred their payment against wrong Invoice but still they enever actiavted the service and asked for irrelevant more changes never agreed.

We request for full refund of the installed system payment.AS they enjoy monopoly and no other company can configure their device for tracking.
