Sir/Madam

I would like to bring to your notice fraud/unfair business practices being carried out by Morani Cars Pvt. Ltd (Hundai Dealership). I am unfortunate victim of these unfair practices and through your intervention; I pray that no other customer should suffer from the unfair practices.

Kindly refer to the attachment number 1 ‘Bill of Payment’ that was made on 29/12/2012 for the purchase of the vehicle ‘Hundai Eon Magna + 2012 model’.

With reference to above payment, I approached showroom of Morani Cars Pvt. Ltd. Located at Gopalpura bypass, Jaipur, RJ. When all the formalities for the possession of the vehicle were completed, we (Dealership, Me and sales consultant) agreed upon the delivery date as 23/01/2013 (being an auspicious day).
I had submitted all the necessary documents/proofs of registration, but I am sorry to say they failed to give me delivery of the vehicle on at agreed date stating the reason as ’they do not have vehicle in the stock and will not be able to get the car for at least two more days ’.

I want to report this unfortunate incident of injustice done to me under the unfair business practices/cheating/fraud by Morani Cars Pvt. Ltd. I would like to request your good offices to kindly look into the matter and see that such malpractices will not harm other customers in future and I would like to request you to intervene into my case.
