I had a 2 tier A/C ticket from udaipur to mumbai on 20 jan 2013 and it did not get confirmed.i reached bombay on 22nd jan when i went to cancel my ticket i was told it has to be cancelled within 24 hrs. I could not understand when railways dint allow me to travel then why they cannot refund my ticket? It is not mentioned on the ticket that wait listed ticket has to be cancelled within 24 hrs. after train departs.My tickets PN No.Is 2813342329
