Complaint Details
I was promised and confirmed a Merc C-Class C200 BE, 2012 year car by autohangar. Today when we went for delivery we were given a 2011 car. We have refused delivery and logged a complaint with them. They agree its a mistake on their end but have so far refused to change the car or refund monies. Attached proof of 2012 car confirmation, insurance note showing 2011 production instead of 2012 and our complaint letter to them.
