I am Victor Sebasti . I have applied for new connection with AIRTEL DTH by onlilne booking. My customer ID is - 3011893793 and my booking id is 169088. I have applied for this service in January 18th 2013 Friday. They have told that the connection will be installed with in 48 hrs. My connection not yet installed since 7 days passed.I have paid for new connection of Rs 2890 through credit card ref no. is 22699526, I have received a confirmatory message from them for connection booked. I have called several time to the customer care, they are replying only same reason like 1. Our Engineer will call you, 2. we will arrange for a call back, and then 3. today evening it will be installed definitely, everyday their replies are being like this only, and finally they gave an information about an agency to call them about installation that is FOOT PRINT AGENCY, CONTACT NAME IS MATHU SARATHY, CONTACT NUMBER IS 9840762555, 9840797770, The details given by them totally fake, I am not getting any support nor any feedback for my complaint
