I am using the IDEA GPRS 2G service on my postpaid mobile that offers me 2GB of data in month. The new postpaid cycle start on 18th of every month and data usage is then measured from this date.
During cycle started from 18 Jan 2013, my data usage on Jan 19 is 10MB, that suddenly rose to 568MB on Jan 21, 905MB on Jan 23 and 929MB on Jan 24 where data usage on my phone only indicate 15.4MB till Jan 24 2013 in this cycle. I tried to call 198 (Idea complaint number) every time was kept on hold and the call got disconnected in 5 mins, I also tried to register the complaint online but it was registered with id as -1, this means the complaint was never registered. Today somehow, when I got details from their customer care, I was informed that I had used this much data and the system is working perfectly but when I asked to raise the complaint and give me the complaint number, they said the system is down, cannot register the complaint.

Please help to get this usage details rectified.
