i have purchased one ws702c bsnl tablet from www.timtara.com on 12.12.12 by paying Rs. 7798/-. Order ID is 10369294. Till date the item has not been received by me. it is not shipped by them also. customer care telling that the product is already sold out. i have to opt for alternate product. i have opted alternate product and mailed them 6-7 times regarding them and talking to customer care almost in regular basis. but till date i have not received any call or mail from them and also they are not interested in cancellation of my order.
