I am working in this company since June,2012 till date, i am asked to do compulsary overtime plus daily shift time is extended till 10hours but not on papers/nor on systems. Management level ppl have no compassion on executive level employees as they treat them as underprivileged & keep making it very evident dat as we have chosen to work here u have to slog...There is absence of transparency from management to agent level. Salary is never given as per supposed to be always there is discrepencies & later rectified after continuous follow ups. Very demotivating envirnment plus people around (managers).You can survey the other employees in the office.
