Complaint Details
I have purchased “BSNL Penta WS703C Tablet with Calling (WS703C)” from www.timtara.com (M/s Infosecure Consulting Pvt. Ltd) by given

advance payment thru Credit Card (Standard Chartered Bank) on 25th Dec, 2012 as per terms 3 weeks deliver time.

After final payment settlement has already passed 3 weeks, but till date status is “Awaiting Shipment”

I have already made lots of ph calls to the timtara.com customer care but each & every time answered "We are forwarding your request/complain to the higher authority, will be get back asap”, They are don't give any single response or customer care disconnecting the ph line intermediately.

I am sending all the transaction details to make a F.I.R. Copy.

Pls help me on this, I will be highly obliged.
