DEAR SIR

I GAVE A CHQ DATED 16-11-2012 FOR THE PURCHASE OF OF AQUAGUARD ENHANCE, A WATER PURIFIER WITH RO FACILITY FOR MY HOME. THE APPLIANCE WAS DELIVERED AFTER 3 DAYS ON 19TH AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS. IT WAS INSTALLED ONLY AFTER 2 DAYS AGAIN AFTER REMINDERS. ON BOTH OCCASIONS I WAS NOT GIVEN THE RECEIPT/BILL/INVOICE AND GUARANTEE CARD. ON ASKING AND AFTER SOME MORE PHONE CALLS I WAS INFORMED THAT THE INVOICE WOULD COME BY POST.

TODAY IS 25-01-2013 ie THREE MONTHS AFTER THE PURCHASE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE INVOICE. THE NAME OF THE SALES PERSON IS RAVI. HIS CHENNAI MOB NO IS 9176575422.

MEANWHILE THERE WAS A PROBLEM. WHEN THE SWITCH WAS PUT ON. INSTEAD OF THE WATER FILLING UP STEADILY, THE LIGHT WOULD GO ON BLINKING AND THE WATER WOULD NOT GET FILLED UP FOR A LONG TIME. AFTER HOPING IT WOULD BE RESOLVED ON ITS OWN I FINALLY DECIDED TO CALL SO I CONTACTED THE NO GIVEN ON THEIR PRODUCT ADVERTISING SHEET- 044- 39883333.

SO I HAVE SOME RECORD OF THE COMPLAINT NOS. THEY ARE 69878336 AND 88107330. I ALSO REQUESTED THEM TO SEND THE INVOICE . THE SERVICE PERSON CAME AFTER 3 DAYS OF REMINDERS AND REMOVED AN ITEM FROM THE MACHINE , PUT A TAPE IN ITS PLACE WITHOUT REPLACING THE ITEM. HE ALSO WANTED THE SERVICE CHARGES OF RS 425/- AS I DID NOT HAVE THE BILL. I REFUSED THE PAYMENT WITH A LOT DIFFICULTY BY REPEATEDLY STATING THAT I HAD NOT BEEN PROVIDED WITH ONE. SINCE THEN I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE NO 39883333 AND GIVING MY REF NO AND THEY ASSURE ME THAT THE INVOICE WILL REACH ME WITHIN 24 HRS IT IS MORE THAN A WEEK AND I AM STILL WAITING


I REQUEST THAT I SHOULD GET THE INVOICE AND DATED GUARANTEE CARD AT THE EARLIEST. I AM SURPRISED THAT THE APPLIANCE DEVELOPED A FAULT WITHIN SUCH A SHORT TIME AS IT WAS HARDLY USED AS I WAS NOT IN STATION MOST OF THE TIME AFTER ITS PURCHASE. A SPEEDY ACTION TO ENSURE I RECEIVE THE INVOICE AND GUARANTEE CARD WILL BE APPRECIATED.
