Hello,

This is Sathish from chennai.I have ordered a DishTv setup box[HD] on Dec 20th Jan 2012 in India times shopping.

I received the product voucher on same month, but unfortunately it is differs from what I have ordered(Dish - SD).
I have placed a complaint on Dec 27th and reverse pick was done from India times only on Jan 12th and it reached on Jan 18th.(During this period,I have been calling them on daily basis).

The frustrating part is, they never took care to call me and inform about the delay.They lied,saying that I will be receiving the product in a day or two.And finally today(I called them),they informed me that the product is out of stock and my money will be given back with in 5-7 working days.

Over all, they looted my money, made me to wait for days, made me to call them every day or alternative days.
It was so frustrating,embarrassing or what ever you can call.Some one has to teach lesson for them pls.
