Tyre gauge ordered from Rediff online shopping (vide order #7678707) got delivered on 15-Jan-13
The product as described on Rediff site is having calibration from 0-60 PSI whereas product despatched by Rediff partner, H M Industrial Corporation is having calibration of 0-100 PSI on inner scale.
I wrote complaint on 16-Jan-13 to Rediff customer support that product is not as described. Complaint # Rediff=013-224-866. I was told to follow-up directly with H M Industrial. As suggested, I sent email to H.M.Industrial Corporation (hmindustrialcorporation@gmail.com) on 17-Jan-13 but did not receive any response with 72 hrs as promised by Rediff customer support. I escalated mater to Rediff customer support team again on 21-Jan-13 for lack of response from H.M.Industrial Corporation. Rediff team suggested again to follow up directly with H.M.Industrial Corporation directly.
It is Rediff responsibility to arrange replacement from H M Industrial. Rediff enabling partner never responded to email till date and Rediff customer support did not respond to my last 2 follow-up mails. Please help.
