sir,
i have a other mobile(pyariyodi)8763326123 with my daughter at BBSR.Recharge date was 23.01.13 but on 24.01.13 it was charged RS40 by the shop.Now scheme is changed to some other as told by customer care.Kindly see, in day light how BSNL is kicking to customer.PYARI YODI scheme was introduced to stop the surrendering of land phone with the 24 hours free to land phone from offered shim by bsnl.But when bsnl felt slowdown of land phone surrender,reduce tariff 24HRSto 30 minutes violating forcefully.That SHIM was given for the specific land phone user.How monopoly their mentality is!Now they changed scheme pyariyodi to normal to harsh the consumer.It is matter of regret that BSNL is using private shops to recharge the mobile.BY consulting the shop i charged RS40.But in which right bsnl will change my original scheme.if shops are mediating then without intimating shops how dearly scheme is changed.Now you inquire will know how many shops know about change.
