I am using the reliance Broadband service since last 4 months.
I just want to put this matter into your notice that since last 20 days I am facing the connectivity issues. I tried the technical helplines numerous times where mostly my calls weren't entertained. Even a guy from Reliance visited my place last week but the problem was solved only for a day.
Three days back I was told that there is a network outage going on till 25th in my area. But yesterday I received s call from your Reliance Mumbai office around 9.30 am from +912230384848 and I was told that there is no such technical outage is going on and my problem will be resolved within 24 hours.

Please note that since last 20 days I complained numerous times and every time I was told that the problem will be solved within 24 hours but that never happened.

I am seriously very dissatisfied with the broadband services, I always pay the bills in time but am not getting the services in return.

A serious action is requested and I want a waiver should be reflected in my bill for all these days as the services were not available.
