Complaint Details
I brought a Bajaj Induction cooker from Croma at Rajouri Garden in the month of May 2012. Bajaj Induction Model name and number is Bajaj Majesty, ICX7. When i start using this product it was not working and i complained on June 03rd 2012 and the complain number is 1327893 a technician visited and rectified the error and again same error had come again i called to Bajaj Customer Care and i put the complain on 15th Dec and the Complain no is 1983542 no body was responded on this complain therefore again i called to Bajaj Customer Care to put the fresh complain for the same issue which was raised on june 03rd 2012 and on Dec 15th 2012 and the complain no of 17th Dec 2012 is 1983559. Again a technician came and rectified the error on 24th again i found the same error for which Induction stop working then i called to Cust care and the complain no of 25th Dec 2012 is 2014946. A technician came and told me that i'll have to take this Induction to the Service Center after changing a particular part it will be returned to you after 2 days. When induction came to me after two days technician told me that there was one part which was defactive and same has been changed i trusted him and i started using the induction again right after 10 days Induction was out of order and again i called to Customer care i was Surprise to heard that the complain which was raised on 25th Dec it has not been closed by the Bajaj Electricals because the particular part which was defactive and had been changed by the technician that was a local part Service center brought that particular part from a local dealer. Customer care Executive told me that till the time defective part will not be delivered to service center complain can not be closed therefore i completely dissatisfied with the services of Bajaj Electricals Service Center. I requested to Customer care to replace the Induction on Jan 11th 2013 and the request no is 2086291. Customer care people told me that it will be replaced within 7 working days. I suffered alot for the same, I need your help because the Area Manager Mr. Prayan and Mr. Pratap did not resolve this problem yet.
