Complaint Details
I have a Sony Ericsson wt19i handset under warranty for repairing of handsfree jack from the 20th of december 2012.My ticket id no. is 12122000293.The customer care executives have *guaranteed* me many times of the delivery of my handset for a given time.They have skipped those dates atleast 3-4 times and whenever i asked about it,they gave unsatisfied answers.If they have their calls recorded for the past 1 month,i am sure you will get what i want to explain.My brother faced the same problem and i am facing it.It should have taken 10-12 days max.I want some strict action taken against them.I used to do all my activities on my smartphone and now i am helpless without it and they don`t even bother.Please Please help me out.I also want the same phone to be replaced instead of getting repaired.A defamation suit be filed against them.I can`t take it anymore,I have had enough of them.Please help me out....
